AI Council: open-source template for an AI product team in your repo
An MIT-licensed template that turns a git repo into an AI product council: four agent lenses (product, UX, tech, business) debate decisions, ground them in live data via MCP, and hand off to coding agents that open PRs.
Why it matters
Decisions become versioned docs (PR/FAQ, ADR) checked against real Mixpanel/Stripe data, and approved plans branch into Claude Code/Codex sessions that end in merged PRs — no server, no account.

A solo founder could fork the template and run pricing and feature debates through four AI lenses that query live Stripe and Mixpanel data before writing each decision to git. The result: every product call documented with its reasoning, then handed to a coding agent that opens the PR.
Does it hold up?
Too early to judge — template launched Oct 15; the maker's own runs (Subturtle, Kilogent) show the loop working, but no independent adoptions yet.
