Ando — agent-native team messaging
Ando emerged from stealth on Sept 24: a Slack/Teams replacement where AI agents have their own identities, follow channels, retain context, and message colleagues proactively without being tagged.
Why it matters
Inverts the agent-chat model: instead of bolting bots onto Slack, agents are first-class chat citizens that can join live 'Jams' and start conversations — bring your own Codex or Claude rather than a single vendor's agent.
What you could build with it
Prototype an AI Launch Radar digest agent as an Ando-native participant that watches a channel for launch links and posts structured summaries unprompted when a new repo crosses a traction threshold.
Does it hold up?
Too early to judge: just out of stealth, access via waitlist; currently works best for teams of up to 30 humans per the official site.
