Anima — Claude Code skill that turns biology questions into interactive, cited figures
A Claude Code skill that converts a biology prompt (e.g. how stimulants act at a dopamine synapse) into a standalone interactive page: real structures, togglable mechanisms, and a citation for every number on screen.
Why it matters
Every figure ships citations for every number, separates established science from leading models, and leaves out numbers that could not be verified instead of rounding them into plausibility.
What you could build with it
A researcher preparing a lab meeting could ask Claude Code to render a mechanism diagram — say, a transporter-block experiment — and get an interactive figure with sources baked in, ready to embed in a talk.
