A Claude Code / agent skill that turns complex answers into a single self-contained HTML page (diagrams, tables, timelines), where the model writes a short Markdown draft and a bundled CLI owns layout and a controlled-English writing check.
Why it matters
Attacks the wall-of-text problem structurally: model drafts, CLI renders, claiming 7.4x fewer output tokens than asking for HTML directly, with an independent reviewer confirming the savings.
