Entire: former GitHub CEO's agent-first Git forge replaces pull requests with Trails
Entire, the developer platform from former GitHub CEO Thomas Dohmke, launched Oct 26: a Git-compatible forge built for teams whose AI agents write code faster than humans can review it. It replaces pull requests with Trails — dashboards of AI-agent scores per change — plus Continuous Memory from past sessions and distributed Git hosting claimed up to 89x faster than GitHub, backed by $60M in seed funding.
Why it matters
The first credible GitHub challenger built agent-first: review becomes agent-scored gates instead of line-by-line reading, aimed squarely at the code-review bottleneck AI coding created.
What you could build with it
A software consultancy drowning in agent-generated pull requests could pilot Entire on one client project: agent-scored Trails gate merges, Continuous Memory stops agents repeating past mistakes, and human reviewers only sign off on changes the agents flag as risky.
Does it hold up?
Too early to judge — the platform launched Oct 26 and independent team deployments are not yet public; the 89x hosting and 71% token-saving claims are vendor figures, so the real test is a team's first migration and review cycle.
