A local-first PR review tool built on Jev: it classifies every change in a pull request into P0/P1/P2 attention priorities so only the critical changes show by default, and renders diffs in natural language. Ships as a local CLI, a coding-agent skill, and a Chrome extension for GitHub's Files changed page.
Why it matters
Review behavior, not just diffs. Jev prioritizes human attention across the whole PR while OpenAI explains the changes in plain English; nothing is posted to GitHub, everything runs locally.

Wire the agent skill into your coding agent's PR-opening flow so every agent-authored PR is automatically analyzed and P0-triaged before a human looks at it.
Does it hold up?
Too early to judge: repo created 2026-09-19 with 21 stars; the local CLI + Chrome extension pattern is concrete but no independent reviews yet.
