Kuron: an LLM acts as your app so teams can test an idea before building it
Kuron, launched 22 October, lets a team describe an app idea in one line and then use it as if it already existed: the language model plays the roles, the data and the hand-offs between them, so product decisions get tested in conversation instead of code. It runs in the browser with a Claude account or locally with Node 20+ and Claude Code, with no npm dependencies.
Why it matters
Behaviour-first prototyping with no code generated: judgement, data and role hand-offs are simulated, so ideas whose value is a judgement — triage, recommendations, re-planning — can be pressure-tested, including a five-device airline system built from one prompt.
What you could build with it
A product consultancy could run paid discovery workshops where clients operate a simulated version of their planned app for an hour, surfacing workflow blockers and pricing objections before any engineering budget is committed.
Does it hold up?
Immediately usable for idea validation — the browser version needs only a Claude account and the local version needs Node 20+ plus Claude Code; per-action cost of about 10 seconds and a few cents, plus run-to-run variation, rules out production use, which the makers state plainly.
