NVIDIA RFD4-Proteina: open protein-design BioNeMo model
Open protein-design model from NVIDIA and the Baker Lab at UW Medicine's Institute for Protein Design, announced at GTC Berlin Oct 21. Generates protein sequences and 3D structures for protein binding, small-molecule binding, enzyme scaffolding and DNA binding. Available on build.nvidia.com, as a NIM microservice, on GitHub, Hugging Face and through Google Cloud and OpenAI partner endpoints.

Does it hold up?
Too early to judge — released Oct 21; the only numbers so far are NVIDIA's own (leading across 10+ protein design tasks, 13x faster than RFdiffusion3 on 200-aa proteins). No independent wet-lab validation yet.
