SynthID Detector opens globally

Why it matters

Checks image, video and audio files for supported SynthID watermarks from Google and partners; it is not a universal detector of all AI-generated content. Apple support is coming, not available now.

What you could build with it

Add a manual media-provenance check to a travel-content review workflow, keeping absence of a detected watermark separate from proof of human authorship.
